Niko Hotels has got a very service orientated and friendly team serving the guests. The whole team of Niko Hotels works very hard to meet their guests’ expectations and keeps the hotel very clean and well maintained.
We all felt like home there. Hotel provides laundry facilities which can be used by the guests for free. It is safe for kids to come out and play outside the hotel and there’s a nice restaurant in the ground floor next to the hotel which provides superb food n excellent service.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotel I stayed during my time in Kochi…! The rooms were completely neat and keep up with good quality linen. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the house keeping staffs. Also, the complementary buffet model Kerala special and continental breakfast in roof-top was very flexible and delicious.
All respect for the Hotel management team, who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
