Kerala Tourism event presented a curtain-raiser of the second edition of its IPL-modelled Champions Boat League snake-boat race. The league showcased 12 boat races and it was packaged as the world’s largest team sport on the world’s greenest racetrack. To achieve a robust partnership in reviving tourism, Kerala has ensured healthy government-industry collaboration in tourism. With Kerala’s natural beauty, fascinating history, and well-preserved heritage, the government has launched farm tourism, caravans, and adventure packages besides cultural destinations. The state is also ensuring that the Ayurveda-reliant institutions are run professionally, thus keeping up the reputation of Kerala as a wellness destination.KTM 2022 gave the state a great opportunity to strengthen tourism which has been in dilemma for the past two years owing to COVID-19. 

The show was aimed to showcase the state’s strength in the tourism sector before a global audience and host seminars on various topics led by officials, experts, and stakeholders.
